CURRENT & PRE-TENANT  VETTING

We are only to aware of the problems that can arise from not vetting your tenants prior to long term Commercial letting contracts and even private residential contracts.

 

Trying to evict a tenant who has failed to pay rental monies due or having a tenant who has abused the position of trust and caused damage or problems with other tenants can be a very costly and lengthy process.
